Custom Whips and Leather Braiding
The Indy-on-a-budget Bullwhip:
This is a whip that I developed for the Indiana Jones fans who are looking for a whip that looks like Indy‘s but doesn‘t cost as much. The whip is made with an 8 inch steel handle foundation, a leather core and a four-plait cowhide overlay. All layers and strands are carefully tapered to make a whip that cracks easily. The handle-lash transition is reinforced with an extra bolster and a tight wrapping of string. The wrist-loop and over-sized knob add to the Indy look of the whip.
